Refund Policy

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once activated unless required by applicable law or specifically approved by MANDIX.

Write to support@mandix.app with your registered mobile number, payment reference and the reason for the request, or call +91 7778848834 during support hours (Monday to Saturday, 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM IST).

Where a refund is approved, the amount is returned to the original payment method. Duplicate or failed payments are always refunded in full.

Subscriptions ended because of a violation of our Terms & Conditions or Community Guidelines are not eligible for a refund.
